Belly Dance in Steyning

Aimed at those who've never done any belly dancing before, the workshop includes a short talk on the history & development of belly dance, and a chance to learn some basic moves and a short dance. Great fun!

Belly dance is a great way to relax and have fun, as well as giving you a good work out. Each term you'll learn a fun, lively pop choreography as well as covering the basics of belly dance technique. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those who've done some bellydancing before.
Each course is £75 for 10 weeks.

All the classes are very friendly, with a wide mixture of ages and body types (the minimum age is 14, and there is no upper age limit). If you'd like to come along you'll be very welcome. We dance in loose clothes and bare feet, but you can wear ballet shoes if you prefer.
